I have received nothing but fantastic care and attention from my GP at Audley Mill Surgery. Especially the care and help I have received from both Doctor Vootka and Doctor Arikawe. I have been extremely unwell and spent more than 7 months in Hospital and since I left hospital last February (2014) as an in-patient I have been visiting Audley Mills for further health care and repeat prescriptions and have found that I have always been treated with the utmost respect and always given the time to explain my health problems and in turn the Doctor has always taken the time to fully explain any results and diagnoses with me. All that is really left for me to say is a very big THANK YOU!!!

I visited Dr. Lucy Saville today. She is very professional in her work, but at the same time very caring, and treats you as a person and not a number. Dr. Saville will always find the time to explain things to you and listens to what you have to say. I would highly recommend her to any patient. Both the main surgery and the education centre are always clean and tidy and the staff very proficient. I feel we residents of Rayleigh who are registered with Audley Mills Surgery are in a fortunate position.

I usually see Dr Wright or Dr Lewis, they have both seen me through my recent illness and both are always ready to listen to me and give advise or treatment as required. I have seen other doctors in the practise and have always had very satisfactory treatment. The nurses always make me feel at ease and all other staff at the practise are helpful and polite. The surgery is always clean and tidy as are the treatment rooms. I never have trouble getting an appointment, the on line system is easy to use and if an emergency appointment is needed the reception staff are always helpful to arrange one.

The care I have received this week at my surgery has been exemplary. In particular their receptionist Gill was so helpful and Dr O'Keefe has been wonderful. Thanks to Dr O'Keefe my progress, whilst awaiting surgery, has been helped considerably. Thank you Audley Mills Surgery for 5 star treatment.
